Not recommended. No telephone support. Very slow response times - even in an emergency you wait at least half an hour, often several hours for a call back. The host itself often does not know what the problem is with the infrastructure they manage when an error occurs. The emails always say that they will look into it and then get back to you - and then usually either nothing comes back, not even on request - or you get half-information much, much later, or so many technical terms that you have to read up on them first. Unstable systems, small adjustments take weeks instead of hours. When you call the emergency number, a call center answers, with employees who are not technicians and are not familiar with hosting or the technical jargon used there. They then create a ticket, which may or may not be processed at some point. There will certainly be the silent mail effect here. Unfortunately, good customer service looks different.

If you're looking for a host that doesn't care about your problems and is simply unreachable in the event of a problem, then you've come to the right place. No matter whether you need a little more memory or simply want to set up a new environment: You've found your nightmare here! Things that you could do yourself in minutes will take weeks. Support is great! You create a ticket and then simply wait 1-2 weeks for an answer. This can also be: colleague on vacation, sorry I'll pass this on. If you are suddenly unavailable because your host is taking a break, you can always rely on the fact that HostServer has no idea what is or was going on. And their logs are so wonderfully useless that you could tear your hair out. I wonder if this rating is because we've been waiting weeks for a small adjustment to our settings? Decide for yourself...
