We have been using the services of HKN GmbH since about 2014. Unfortunately, we have to note that the quality of the redundant upstreams provided, the availability of the technical readiness and the friendliness of the employees has declined significantly. We also noticed that the 24/7 on-call service is not answered by a technician, but by a poorly trained call center. The simple information "Everything, even your website is offline" did not lead to a desirable reaction, instead ticket IDs were requested that could not be created for the above-mentioned reasons. Just now there was another disturbance, instead of working constructively on a solution, the employee Mr. Krüger preferred to ponder about the last contact attempts on my part. Very professional when the redundantly booked upstreams fail for the second time within 14 days. We already started to clear the site months ago and are therefore very happy to be able to shut it down soon. At the same time we are looking forward to the very competent cooperation with comtrance GmbH directly across the street.
