As she just snippily told me that if the scarf had been there I wouldn't have received a reminder and she didn't want to help me in any way, I contacted my legal protection insurance who put a fashion designer at my side It took a week before she managed to find a competent contact person at the company It turned out that the return had been made, but that the invoice for the product I had kept had not been settled I was able to prove this beyond doubt; this impressively shows the lack of competence of the company Now the situation was as follows A returned scarf and a paid As it is easy to see that the company Gute Marken Online probably lacks the foresight that customer service and good quality characterize a company, I paid the invoice with reservation on the advice of my lawyer to avoid further disadvantages. This means that the company has overpaid me by 40.00 euros since the end of November The fatal and fascinating thing is that Gute Marken Online has not refunded me the overpayment to date, despite multiple contacts and even written promises. I hope that this article reaches an employee of Codello; what good are high-quality goods if the service is subterranean and the goods are simply not worthy????

Good goods, but the returns are not refunded for ages under flimsy stories. It's unbelievable that Codello works with them.

Unfortunately I have to confirm the experiences from the other reviews. Ordered from Otto, seller was Gutemarken. Complete return of the goods with proof of delivery to the retailer, but it is claimed that this notification from DHL is not correct and I should affirm on oath that I have returned the items. Of course something can get lost, but in this case it is probably the recipient and not DHL. However, as can be seen from the other reviews, this seems to be Gutemarken's method. I strongly advise against buying from this seller, you only have stress and wait forever for your credit note. Otto should urgently think about who they make their platform available to.

ATTENTION, rather zero points, goods are never delivered. Hands off this organization.

As with some others here on the Internet, I ordered goods from Otto and obviously fell in with a dealer on the Otto site. I can clearly show the return with proof and delivery date. Of course, the credit note is now waiting for the third week. I hope that people will take a closer look at this company in future. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, this retailer or another platform is not worth recommending. In the end, it always seems to be the sender and the shipping company's fault for not paying. I have now reported the matter to my lawyer and to consumer protection. I have always been satisfied with Otto. Customer service is different.
