I can only advise companies considering purchasing this HR tool against doing so. It's a complete disaster, nothing works in the system, and everyone is extremely annoyed.

As an employee of a medium-sized company, I am forced to use this system for many HR matters such as payroll accounting and internal applications. It is a complete disaster—unbeatably confusing and impractical to use. Even saving files is complicated and not designed for mobile devices. It's a step back to the previous provider by years...!
