I had given my computer to check my fans at the store because I had noticed a loud buzzing which arose from the housing of my PC. After a week I called to ask how it was now, they told me that the problem was fixed, but when I started the PC to test it, the problem was not fixed. Now four weeks later, they still haven't made any progress.

09.09.2015 Switch to Internet telephony, VDSL 50,000-series stream, Dear Dr. Thiele, a very big thank you to you, your wife and especially to your employee Mr. Ölze. Whenever we had a "fire", your company always reacted promptly and was always competently at our side with a good fund of specialist knowledge. My special thanks go to their employee, a proven and courteous expert, who was always able to help with problems with the router, Internet, integration of various telephones, etc., even by telephone. Also in the case of setting up the router for the VDSL 50,000 stream ofTtelekom was already done in 2014 a very good job, so that today no intervention on their part was needed. I can only highly recommend their company in punctuality and expertise. With kind regards
