About Goose & Hopper
BRANDING, TECHNOLOGY & ADVERTISING AGENCY IN MEXICO AND SPAIN 🏴 We’re Goose & Hopper, a creative agency inspired by the heritage of imagination. Our name comes from migratory creatures that find their way together—and that spirit of forward motion guides everything we do. We believe in taking flight. Really, taking flight. We create ideas that cross borders, find their moment, clear new paths and shape what comes next. And we build brands for ambitious clients ready to go further. 🇪🇸 Somos Goose & Hopper.

We spoke with G&H about outsourcing our company’s marketing, and we’ve been very happy with the service so far. They get as involved as you want them to be. In our case, they focused on understanding the concept and what we needed at that moment, and from there they began creating content—first at a high-level strategic stage, and then through campaigns that they managed entirely on their own. We’re very happy with the results—not to mention that interactions, followers, and customer calls increased nearly tenfold. Plus, Erick, the account manager assigned to us, provided daily updates on everything we needed; they were very responsive and always available to answer our questions. I can only say that I wish we’d met them sooner—we’re very happy with their work. I’d recommend them to anyone, whether a startup or a more established company, given their experience in both Spain and Mexico with clients of all kinds.

I have worked with Joel and his team for years. They are ultra-committed and competitive and very conscious of client needs and perspectives. I always recommend his agency for design and marketing-related projects.

Unprofessional and terrible customer service—I had a meeting scheduled with Joel, and no one even bothered to show up or let me know.
