The BEST! No BS ads, none of that “subscribe to this” crap shoved in your face a thousand times. No complicated steps—just cancel whenever you need to. I swear, if only everyone were like Goneo. If anyone here is thinking about using 1&1, don’t.

I’m getting terrible service, and I have to pay for a domain that doesn’t even exist anymore. When I reached out, I never got a response.

Unfortunately, support has not responded to my support request for over three weeks. I suspect that goneo has not been delivering some emails (incoming) for a long time, even when the spam filter is disabled. I am now in big trouble because of a few undelivered emails. In addition, it is not possible to use external domains without changing the name servers to goneo, which I find unprofessional. Unfortunately, I now have to switch providers.
