Great team, great concept related to a manageable field of activity (DIY stores, building materials, security, food retail...). Punctual payments guaranteed. But no willingness to talk about special features after the order has been approved and specific features become clear that affect the implementation and for which one has been responsible. Time restrictions imposed by the client are only sent to the testers with the documents and not before the order is accepted. Once you have planned your tour, the actual logistical challenge comes like a cold shower afterwards. If there are also waiting times during the execution, for example because the evaluation cannot be reached by phone, then this puts any compensation into perspective. Conclusion: sometimes the impression arises that bottlenecks are not recognized and avoided, but rather cultivated. It's a pity, actually...update 1-20: but what's really great is the willingness to talk beyond individual orders, such as very topical teambuilding. Whether now Duzen must belong to it, everyone may decide for itself. Nevertheless, something is happening that you wouldn't normally notice.
