Can you give 0 stars? I’ve worked in communications and publishing for 15 years, and I have a track record of published (and well-selling) books. But I’ve never—*ever*—worked with anyone this unprofessional and indecent. Poor professionalism, constant delays, one mistake after another. The result? A rushed product delivered to me, and only after I threatened to contact my lawyer—and it was extremely low quality. I’m dissatisfied. And my clients are even worse. The worst professional experience of my career.
