Very nice boss, also knew his way around, took his time - but no functioning backend at the start of the project despite announcement. Company not available for several weeks and no response to emails. We would at least have expected a rejection.

We have been with Gigatec for years and are very satisfied. Even for a short query, the boss sometimes takes the time himself or solves the problem right away ("I've created a new password for you - it'll be in the mail in a minute").

Very good and fast support! Although we are not regular customers of GIGATEC, we were immediately helped with a major problem in the Magento 2 store quickly and professionally and the bug was fixed! One of the few companies in Germany that really have a clue about Magento.
