Description

For our customer Hashtag#Alltagshelden24, we programmed a high-performance modern web app and a mobile app (iOS and Android). The focus was on ensuring the smoothest possible planning of customer appointments, handling work at the customer's premises, including confirmation of appointments, and, last but not least, the automated Hashtag#billing of appointments with the health insurance company. (Relief services § 45b SGB XI, respite care/short-term care § 42a SGB XI, reallocation of care benefits in kind § 45a in conjunction with § 36 SGB XI, or private budget) Hashtag#appointments are conveniently planned by the dispatcher in the web app, while over 50 hashtag#daily companions and over 500 customers can use the mobile app. The software offers so many hashtag#functions that we can hardly list them all, but here are a few: - Creation and editing of hashtag#customers, hashtag#employees, and hashtag#contact persons with roles and rights for super admins and partners - Display of numerous tabs for customers, including billing, budget, and absences - Central database for hashtag#health insurance companies, including links via IK numbers - Calendar function with numerous features such as hashtags#flags for appointments from hashtags#dispo with hashtags#status, display of employees side by side, display of hashtags#route per day per employee, duty roster, absences, and much more - Filter options in all areas by Hashtag#Regions - Extensive workflows for customer registration, including intelligent links to existing data, e.g., contact persons - Mobile app for Hashtag#iOS and Hashtag#Android for all employees in everyday care, including Hashtag#Check-In at the customer's location, retrieval of past unsigned appointments, workflow for hashtag#extra time entry and employee time tracking - Interface to the well-known Personio software for recording working hours, including start-stop function - Interface to Lexoffice (now Lexware Office) for transferring appointments to be billed: with just ONE CLICK PER CUSTOMER, invoices are created in LexOffice and PDFs for activity reports are generated at the same time! - Option to split hashtag#appointment costs across multiple budgets, taking into account active budgets according to hashtag#care level per customer - Extensive checks of budget availability by amount with security mechanisms for billing - Reports on hashtag#activity records, productivity, and much more - Modern, state-of-the-art user interface - And last but not least, hashtag#speed: the software is lightning fast!

Solution

We have familiarized ourselves with the system and are now experts in billing nursing care insurance companies. We have developed a split system for invoices and implemented appropriate budget monitoring mechanisms.

Results

The project has been a resounding success and is currently being used by over 1,000 customers and more than 100 employees. The web app and mobile app (iOS and Android) have not been offline for a single day to date.
