Description
How can you attract new employees? A question to which there are many answers and a problem that is becoming more and more topical. Recruiting is the be-all and end-all, because a company can only be managed with the perfect staff. In our interview series "Career Stories" for adesso SE, we had the opportunity to travel to different countries and company locations. Turkey, Switzerland, the Netherlands and once across Germany, we were able to meet a wide variety of adessi who gave us a personal insight into their private environment and their everyday working life.
Solution
In order to set adesso SE apart from other companies, we designed and produced an authentic and likeable short interview series in which we highlight the biggest success stories in the company. Some of the most successful employees report in interviews on why they have been with adesso for a long time and how they have worked their way up from smaller jobs to more senior positions. An important factor for the target group: work-life balance! And this is definitely a given at adesso, which is why we always show our interview partners in both their private and work environment.
