Absolute cheek. I ordered a few items on 20.6. and paid directly with Paypal. These are unprinted items, for quality viewing. Haven't heard anything to date. No reply to email. I was then told by telephone that the goods were not available. It is shown as available on the homepage. I supposedly received an email, but unfortunately I cannot confirm this... Collecting money for non-existent goods seems very much like fraud.

At first, everything went quite well, but when I pointed out (several times) that the items were faulty, I was simply ignored. The second part of my delivery arrived late and I was only informed of this when I asked. Unfortunately, I can't understand the good reviews about the service.

The pens we ordered arrived without any problems, everything is fine but we don't like the size of the print, it's very small and there's another thing: unfortunately they don't want to write properly either; the ink is very thin and sometimes colorless! In addition we have written a standment with photo proof on email - answer a few minutes later came: we learn that apparently complaint period would have already elapsed and you see no reason for complaint and can not promise whether there are discounts at the supplier, - that really does not go at all are very angry ... once and never again... !!!

Unfortunately, I had to make miserable experiences: Months ago, I ordered products for trial, two of which were later to be printed in larger quantities. I received less than half of the goods. All inquiries about the remaining deliveries were unsuccessful. "They would take care of it" and "the goods will arrive in the next few days" were the answers. Lastly, I asked for my money back, which also remained without response. I can absolutely not recommend the Fuxx distribution.
