I wanted to hold a workshop together with the agency. The date was canceled by the agency at short notice. On the mails regarding catch-up date I have then repeatedly received no feedback. Too bad, one can only advise against this agency.

Unfortunately, after almost 3 years of working together, I cannot and would not recommend Full Moon Digital. Initially, I had high hopes for the joint relaunch project of our company website. However, this hope was very quickly dashed by the constant changes in our contacts. We never even got to know the programmers! As was the case when new interns were constantly taking care of our project. In the long run, this led to more and more errors and communication difficulties. Even after several emergency meetings on site in which we were repeatedly assured: "Things will get better now", nothing changed. Requirements from the requirements catalog were implemented poorly or not at all. Only after repeated requests did these things come to light. Instead of providing advice when requirements didn't make sense (from a purely technical point of view), the company simply continued to program. A relocation of the entire company was not even communicated (mind you, this took place during our relaunch) ... instead, nobody could be reached for 3 days, while the homepage performed worse and worse. The relaunch was then finally completed - more badly than right, the main thing was to be finished. In the meantime, we are faced with a huge pile of programming garbage - which ultimately means that the entire site is constantly throwing up error messages that can always be traced back to the same source. Serious mistakes (especially with regard to data protection) were made that were simply denied. Conclusion: Almost 3 wasted, nerve-wracking years with Full Moon in which we repeatedly tried to give them new opportunities. The company's own employees are probably so overwhelmed with tasks and projects that customers like us have to live with such results. Never again!

Incredibly incompetent management! I have not received my salary since June. They keep claiming new things that are missing. Next step is the lawyer.
