Some of the rudest and most incompetent customer support I’ve ever dealt with. I only stuck with them for years because I couldn’t be bothered to switch. Now I’m making the effort and moving to another provider.
You give the gentleman a competent answer, but he thinks he knows better and won’t follow the solution because he’s too lazy. You tell him exactly what’s causing the problem (it’s his fault), even pointing him to the clear error message in the log, but once again he thinks he knows better. We’d be happy not to deal with him again.
