Initially great service and good extensions. In the meantime you don't get an answer neither from the support (waiting for 2 answers to inquiries from the beginning of March! despite inquiries) nor from the GF, only the prices rise to unrealistic heights. Several users in the Facebook group are also complaining about this situation. Now the license server has also been shut down. There are now no more updates to which users are entitled despite valid paid subscriptions. There is also no credit note. This is illegal behavior! As a result, I am replacing all JMG extensions with alternatives. Too bad too! Update: Caution: The company no longer responds to emails and can no longer be reached by phone! The purchased extensions can no longer be downloaded. Updates of purchased extensions that are still in use are also no longer possible. Update 06.08.2024: Started a new attempt 2 weeks ago: Again no answer!!!

Hello Mr. Klinke, Thank you very much for the great review. I have not found a support ticket with your order, only a message regarding the invoice you should have received. Otherwise only that we have given you a voucher of 57€ for our unrealistic prices. It would be nice if you also mentioned this aspect, if you are already expressing your opinion, you should of course leave out everything you feel is negative, but also nothing. You do not have to use our products and have the right to switch to a comparable product at any time. All the best to you!

Unfortunately, there has been no support for several weeks, the plugin I bought in mid-May has never worked, Google fonts are still being loaded and unfortunately there have been no replies to my e-mails... Edit: after the rating here, there was support after all, now everything works, but why do you have to rate negatively first to get support? I am now changing from 1 to 3 stars...

I thought the extensions were great. But now the provider has obviously stopped providing support. It now only works: buy and pay. Then it's over. A great pity, but unfortunately it can no longer be used.
