Unfortunately, my experience with this agency was not positive. The pay was significantly lower than expected, and communication was rather slow. Overall, I had the impression that appreciation and fair working conditions were lacking here.

🌟 Review updated - disappointing experience I have revised my original 5-star rating as an incident has occurred in the third year of working together that I would like to openly share with the community. As part of a project assignment, there was a lack of clarity regarding the payment of a promised bonus. The underlying project contract does not contain any provisions on quotas or other conditions that would preclude payment. In discussions with the persons responsible, I offered to submit supporting documents and evidence confirming that I had provided the agreed services in full and properly. However, this offer was rejected. Instead, the payment was justified with the alleged non-fulfillment of a quota. Faultless work was equated with the fulfillment of this quota - a link that, in my opinion, is neither professionally justified nor mentioned in the project contract. I find it very regrettable that in this case neither constructive solutions nor the evidence provided were taken into account. I am available for an open exchange at any time. My assessment relates exclusively to this one project.

Very bad agency - better not work here, pay little to nothing - not recommended ...
