I can only agree with the last experience. No response as to when my order will be delivered or whether it will be delivered at all. Ordered on September 11 and to date, October 15, no further response Not even any response to e-mails. I can only issue a warning here too. There will be no more orders from me. I ordered a product worth 55.90 euros and the shipping from DE to AT is 18.40. I still accepted, but no delivery within 5 weeks suggests that they are delivering on foot. If I don't get a response soon, I will ask PayPal to get in touch. I don't understand that as an entrepreneur you don't understand that if you have received the money, you also have to deliver the goods on time and reliably. ANGRY!!!

Last week I made a bank transfer there for a product, but to date 09.05.24^^ I have not received a reply by email regarding my inquiry about my order. I called them several times by phone on different days and at different times but nobody answered. But how do I get my money back now?

On 19.3.2023 ordered an item and paid, until today, 31.7.2023, still nothing arrived. Despite contacted several times by mail and promise that tomorrow it goes straight to the post office. Unfortunately, totally unseriös and not recommended.

Never experienced anything like this. Order takes over a month. No answer to emails. Lied to three times on phone call. Let's see if they at least return the money.
