About filmkey
filmkey is a video production company based in Ulm. We create corporate films, commercials, recruitment videos, and product videos for businesses across Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria.
Every project starts with a strategy. First, we clarify what the video needs to achieve, such as generating more inquiries or attracting more applicants. Then we handle everything in-house, from concept development and filming to editing, color grading, and sound.
Many clients see us as their outsourced video department: a dedicated partner who knows their business and thinks ahead. Our clients have included Continental, the City of Ulm, and the German Red Cross (DRK). We have a 5.0-star rating on Google from more than 40 reviews.
Pricing: A corporate film costs €4,000–€20,000, a commercial €3,000–€20,000, and a recruitment film €2,000–€20,000, all before tax. Most projects take 2–4 weeks.

Team
I'm Simon Wegener, and I founded filmkey in Ulm in 2021. Today, we create brand films, commercials, and recruitment videos for bold brands across southern Germany.
From strategy and filming to the final edit, including color grading and sound, we handle it all in-house. For larger productions, we bring in experienced camera operators and technicians from our network. That’s why many clients see us as their outsourced video department, not just a service provider.
