I was insulted on the phone by this “nice” woman because, apparently, I should have remembered that she claims she sent me a package of promotional items for the birth of my son 17 (seventeen!) years ago—since it supposedly was so memorable. And now she wanted to make me happy with the company’s 65th anniversary. But she couldn’t tell me exactly what that “happiness” was supposed to look like. She told me to look up the company Felicitas online first, and then we could talk again. She said she would call me back at a later time. Just outrageous! She calls me without being asked, tries to push something on me (that was for sure the “gift” she wanted to give me), and then she gets so incredibly rude. I told her right then that I don’t want any “gift” from her and that she should remove me (!!!) from her customer list. Don’t get into any kind of discussion with this company—seriously!

Awesome! I’ve booked my vacation for next summer and I’m super happy with the perks—and especially with the friendly and welcoming staff. It’ll be a week at CenterParcs with my little dog (it’s not always easy to book a trip with pets, especially with nice and suitable accommodations, so this was just perfect for me and Pippo)—all with excellent and personalized advice! The value for money couldn’t have been better, and I’ll happily come back for more offers in the future! I can wholeheartedly recommend this to everyone—thank you, dear Feli team!

We were at a trade show in Dortmund. We ended up there by chance. The staff was friendly and we felt very comfortable. Even after a few weeks, we still don’t agree with the not-so-great reviews we saw before. Oh, and the BSW cashback card we bought there—it’s just great… We’re saving our own money—it doesn’t get any better than this. 🐝🐝🐝

I stopped by the Babini booth in Stuttgart today😍😍. The girls there were so sweet—they gave me a nice gift and gave me great advice on how to make sure my child is well-protected. Oh, and I also got a great discount card🎊🎊🎊. It was really worth it.

I've known this company for a very long time. They're always super friendly, offer great gifts and promotions, and give helpful tips on how to travel affordably or protect yourself and your loved ones. There's absolutely no catch. It's worth checking them out. My grandma knew them too, and she was a big fan as well.
