I had a really difficult work experience there. I would recommend looking for opportunities with companies that offer better pay and working conditions.

Exceptionally pathetic handling of the recruitment process. I have heard of applicants getting ghosted and not receiving a reply after sending an application, but in the middle of the interview process? Really? And that too twice - I heard of a candidate (not me) who had to follow up for months on end two interviews into the process only to receive a reject with a pathetic apology, followed up by a surprising callback to an interview, after which he (she) was PROMISED an offer with great interview feedback, and to again get no reply, following up for months on end and still no reply... Also the horror stories regarding their contractual policies to forcefully retain employees, regarding their onboarding programs with random training material pulled down from the internet and trainers not turning up (!) to training appointments, staffing being done arbitrarily without taking actual employee competencies into account. Weird place, just weird. Mega unprofessional. Also for a company that is supposedly active in the IT sector, their office has no WiFi.

Unfortunately, wasted time

I wrote an application there, a few month ago for a traineeship. The mails were sometimes in English, and sometimes in German - there was no consistency even though it was the same person. Then I got an email, that they could not reach me on the phone and if I can provide the times when I would be available, to make an appointment. It said that they wanted to contact me again to find a time that fits for them. One or two days later, I got a cancelation for my application, without someone reaching out to again. This behavior is not only inconsistent, but unprofessional as well. If I were a customer of this company, I would think twice if there are not more professional personnel service providers available, that treat treat other other people with respect.
