Factoriel is a recruitment firm specializing in IT and artificial intelligence (AI), founded in Paris in 2013 by Frédéric Simon, a former IT professional with 20 years in Tech—13 of them in headhunting. We recruit CIOs and IT managers, developers, data and AI profiles, cybersecurity experts, infrastructure and cloud specialists, project managers, and SI functional leads for SMEs, mid-sized companies (ETIs), and large enterprises in Paris, the Île-de-France region, Lyon, and across France. Our method: we take a direct approach to candidates who are currently employed, with a technical assessment conducted by a consultant with a former IT background. Then we deliver a qualified shortlist within 1 to 3 weeks, with a weekly check-in until the contract is signed. Terms: success-based fees, 20% fixed, with no upfront payment. A 3 to 4 month guarantee. Since 2013: over 400 clients, a 95% success rate on exclusive assignments, and only two trial periods terminated early.
