Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this e-shop. On February 3, I wrote to them and asked them to schedule delivery for Friday, February 6—something they confirmed, since I knew I would be able to receive the package at my address that day. But on February 6, they only handed the package over to the carrier. When I contacted the e-shop, I found out it was due to capacity issues that nobody had informed me about in advance, and I had to figure out what was going on myself. I understand that things can happen in operations, but if I asked three days earlier for a specific delivery date and the e-shop confirmed it, I would expect them to plan accordingly so they can meet it—or, if something changes, to proactively communicate the change and resolve the situation. Because of the e-shop’s staff not being able to handle this properly, I now have to reorganize my calendar for the entire next week. This is a large package weighing about 15 kg, and I really don’t want to be chasing it around at depots—so having a specific delivery date was very important to me.
