Beware of fraud! The property I’ve listed for sale is being offered by “Without an agent” as a rental. I don’t know anything about this. This can only be fraudulent schemes!

Absolutely unbelievable—I booked an ad for my apartment in Hamburg, including an extra storefront feature for which I paid almost €200. After just one day, my account was blocked with a message saying I should contact support… and they don’t even see fit to reply. Better stay well clear!! I’ll have to take the legal route now, too.

We don’t block user accounts without good reason. In this case, we received specific reports about potential irregularities related to the listing and the rental process. As a platform, we need to respond immediately to such reports to protect both prospective tenants and providers. In general, we always contact customers right away in cases like this. However, we were unable to reach you multiple times at both phone numbers, so we communicated exclusively by email. We also asked you to provide suitable evidence so the doubts could be cleared up. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive anything. Until those concerns can be resolved, we’re required to keep the listing and the user account deactivated.
