It's okay, but not recommended for employees or customers. As an employee, you simply have more reward and benefit elsewhere (more salary and more benefits such as sufficient heating, home office that really works, quiet workplace, good processes and organization, .... and much more are a matter of course elsewhere and not so here). As a customer, you are treated well here, but I have heard more complaints about unkempt tickets and the like than I have ever experienced in my career. Customers are also often spoken about unprofessionally in meetings. All in all: you can do it, but you don't have to.

IT as it should be: Focus on OpenSource, good security concept, no dependencies on other companies. You can trust ETES 100%!

I can not judge the price / performance ratio, but as an employee of a company that hires servers from you, I had so far only positive experiences, especially also by the super friendly staff! And also genuinely patient and forgiving when you set off an alarm because you're not yet used to the routine for accessing the data center. Clear recommendation!
