A few months ago, I had the chance to learn more about UI/UX aspects for my work as a Product Manager at Amazon. Through this UI/UX coaching, I was able to better understand the UCD process and the Design Thinking methodology to apply in an Agile environment. He showed me how to define a short-, mid-, and long-term vision for a product. He also explained who the different stakeholders and roles are when designing a great product, how to implement UX methods within the company, and how to define both a business vision and a user vision. We also covered how to set a Business/UX strategy. In addition, he shared the tools for creating rapid prototypes and iterating at low cost, as well as how to run UX interviews, conduct brainstorming sessions to come up with new ideas, and carry out user testing sessions to converge on the most effective version of the product. Thanks again for these explanations and tips—they help me build products that are truly useful, easy to use, and actually used.
