Can only agree with the previous speaker. I was dismissed during my probationary period even though I was seriously ill. There seems to be no humanity there. There weren't even any get-well wishes or a final conversation where you talk humanely about the fact that the duration may no longer be sustainable. I strongly advise against applying there

Toxic work culture. Employees are exploited and burned out. CEO is unteachable and cannot retain employees. High turnover. Extremely conservative and neoliberal views make it impossible to work there. Contracts are usually offered for a limited period of time, because "employees can get away with anything else". Anyone who falls ill is quickly dismissed. Conclusion: Hands off!
