Extremely disappointing experience. Even though I paid for a subscription period during which I didn’t use the facilities (I was away traveling), no flexibility was offered. On top of that, I was charged CHF 40 in reminder fees—kept without discussion—and my access was blocked immediately until the amount is paid. The complete lack of understanding and the absence of any commercial approach make it seem like the customer relationship comes second to rigid rule enforcement, with no consideration of the situation. I understand that there may be internal procedures. However, I don’t understand how no reasonable solution could be offered in such a straightforward case. I don’t recommend it if you expect even a basic level of flexibility or consideration as a customer.

After checking, it appears there may be some confusion: our My Big Bang Boulogne studio is based in France and does not bill in Swiss francs (CHF). Your message seems to be referring instead to a My Big Bang studio located in Switzerland. To avoid any confusion for our customers in Boulogne—and since it doesn’t seem like this review was intended for us—would you be able to remove it?
