Economy Signs

Ordered 3 banners, good quality. Originally told of 1-2 days delivery, it took rush calls on day 3 and day 4 to finally get delivery on day 5. Lady over the phone unapologetically blamed it on my approval time although the banners were approved for printing the same afternoon the designs were sent my way. Response to owner's claim that the signs were ready by Monday, please ask the lady handling phone calls what she told me Monday on the phone. She told me Tuesday earliest (day 5 not inc weekend, day 7 with weekend).

First, I don’t even know where to start. I was refer to economy signs by my landlord. I was so excited about the whole thing, having a sign for our business but unfortunately all my excitement turned from 100% to 0% in matter of time. I reached out to them and we exchanged trough emails, they send me an estimate after I told them what I want never ever I was told that my sign was going to be just haft of the previous panel that was at the location, not only that I told them to let me know before they come to install the sign. I never received a call neither an email, it was on the day of the installation if it was not for my landlord I wouldn’t even know that it was half of the previous panel like I stated, the workers at anytime didn’t exchange or communicate with me or asked me where I want the sign to be installed inside the panel, they did what was convenient for them and just hand me the invoice and overcharged my credit card thank God I got a notification and call which I was reimbursed. I was told I have a year warranty now that I have a concern about the job they don’t even want to deal with me and treat me like I was a problem and disturbing them. I called and I address my concerns and I was told they will reach out in couple days. Past 48 hours, I called with my business number they rejected my call, I used my cell number to call, they answer right the way and the lady told me that they said they would call me in couple days I was like but it’s been 48 hours so 2 days if they have any updates about my concerns the tone and the way she was talking to me bringing issues that they never discussed neither let me know before the job which put them at fault but to them I was just a problem they didn’t want to deal with. I know having a business is a big deal and review build business and no matter how small an issue is with a client you should be able to address it in the best of your ability in order to meet your client demands and concerns. N.B.: My overall experience with Economy Signs was the WORST EVER!!!… I would never recommend anybody to them.
