My experience with the company Dreirad in Ulm (Autodesk partner): Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I was invoiced for services (e.g. training) which, to my knowledge, were never provided. Despite several inquiries and requests for clarification, this was denied by the managing director and I was asked to "prove" the alleged error on my part. There was no concession or proposed solution. I can therefore only recommend everyone to document very precisely what was agreed and actually delivered. I found the communication to be uncooperative and distant from the customer. For me personally, this business relationship was not trustworthy - I would not enter into it again.

Highly unprofessional, answers the phone and hangs up again immediately, then plays dead. Don't you want to earn money or don't you want to work? This behavior is a no-go in private, but I've never experienced anything like it in business!
