Unfortunately I have to agree with the negative reviews. I received a defective item and contacted the seller directly on the day it was delivered using the email address provided. Then again a week later and a few days later via the contact form on the website. Unfortunately, I did not receive any feedback. What a shame, my little one really wanted the cat. So I may have to choose a different store for the purchase. Update: after 4 weeks an employee contacted me and apologized. As I had already recovered the money (PayPal), I didn't have to do anything else.

I have never experienced SO friendly and courteous customer service. I was looking for a very specific waving cat and Donkey Products have exceeded all my expectations. The products just ooze creativity and zest for life and I will definitely be buying gifts or products for my own use from here in the future.
