I’ve been under Dr. Feldmann’s care for six years now, and I really feel like I’m in good hands there. What’s especially important to me is that the care here isn’t just professionally excellent—it’s also compassionate. The staff is always friendly, respectful, and treats you as an equal. They take the time to listen and work with you to find the best solution, which just makes you feel good. The entire practice team is also super friendly and warm. You’re always greeted nicely at the front desk; everyone is helpful and makes an effort to ensure you feel comfortable. You can just tell that there’s a great sense of camaraderie there. The atmosphere in the practice is very pleasant, so you enjoy going there and feel well understood. A big thank you to Dr. Feldmann and the entire team—I can really only recommend the practice. ☺️

I have been a patient for years and really can't complain. I don't understand all these negative reviews. My children and my husband (who is afraid of doctors) enjoy coming to the practice and receiving treatment. I have gotten to know several doctors, especially for my children, and they are all very empathetic and friendly. I feel well cared for by Dr. Feldmann, even though he has not yet been able to overcome my fear. All in all, it is a great practice that tries to respond to the wishes of its patients. I have already recommended it to others, and my parents are now also patients. Keep up the good work, you are great. Best regards, Asche

I have always been very satisfied. Very friendly and competent team. Particularly noteworthy is how child-friendly they are, with separate waiting and treatment rooms for children. Highly recommended!

I acknowledge your response. Nevertheless, my impression from the appointment in November remains unchanged. My assessment is not an insinuation, but merely describes how I felt during that visit. I deliberately did not evaluate other aspects. I had canceled my next appointment, so please remove the appointment in March.

Hello I was actually always very satisfied with their services but what happened to me today I can't understand despite canceling an appointment because I had another appointment I get an invoice 😩I also had appointments with them because I booked twice and was able to go home again because they didn't send me any remuneration either please check I will not transfer this l g Göthe

Dear Ms. Göthe, You did not cancel the appointment online as you claimed on the phone, as we can always track this 100% through Doctolib. However, we are happy to discuss the fact that we also explained to you on the phone that this was the 3rd !!!!! time that you have missed appointments and that this time we unfortunately have no choice but to issue an invoice. Unfortunately, we also have to place some responsibility for the appointments in the hands of our patients.

We were actually very satisfied with the initial consultation. My daughter is an anxiety patient and it was the first time she had ever opened her mouth at a dentist. We were pleasantly surprised. But why we won't be coming back is there, We got our health insurance to cover the costs, but unfortunately this was not accepted by the practice. We were told very clearly on the phone that we wouldn't be able to get it covered. The health insurance company recommended that we please look for another dentist, because the costs are very high and it is accepted everywhere. Not only we but also the health insurance company was more than speechless and we couldn't explain why the practice was so opposed to accepting the treatment. It's a pity we would have liked to come back.

Dear Ms. Fadda, As we have already explained to you on the phone today, health insurance companies cover the costs of anesthesia. In addition, you should perhaps ask your health insurance company to explain to you that plastic fillings for children will no longer be reimbursed as of January 1, 2025. An alternative filling material is only available in plain and poor quality. For this reason, we cannot really understand your problem and nothing else was discussed with you on the phone!

Simply a wonderful practice! I've been going there with my son for 4 years and what can I say, my child loves going to the dentist! We are with Dr. Paci and she is a great dentist. One week ago, my child partially broke his incisors in a fall. We were immediately called in as an emergency on Mondays with a waiting time of 10 minutes and on Thursdays to have the affected teeth filled! This gives me as a mother an indescribably great feeling and my son too, who after the fall thought he would never be able to laugh again without being laughed at! Thank you for the great treatment! I would love to give it 20 stars. Great team, great practice, great dentist

I can only say that I am very happy to have found such a great dental practice as an anxious patient. Doctors and staff always friendly and courteous. Always got appointments promptly and never waited longer than 10 minutes. I was lucky that I almost always had the same dentist. If someone was absent due to illness or vacation, that was no problem for me,
