It's happened to us, too, and after we kept insisting, they finally answered the phone. They deleted all our data. They were very kind—I mean, poor things, to have someone come along and ruin all your work.

A series of unfortunate circumstances has caused many of us to become anxious; due to reasons beyond Digival’s control, its servers have been affected, and many companies have been left without the services they contracted. These have been difficult days, but I know for a fact that Digival’s technicians are doing everything humanly possible to restore normal service. In fact, some of the affected services are already starting to come back online. Let’s hope the issue is resolved in the next few hours. My original comment still stands: A magnificent service. They’re a team of professionals who know what they’re doing. Personally, they’ve treated me very well and helped me whenever I’ve needed it. They respond quickly to any questions or problems.
