RUN. If you need a spanish birth certificat translated for dual citizenship or for anything else go somewhere else. I would give negative stars if i could. Talking to "Roberto Fonz Diaz" was an awful condescending dehumanizing experience he was extremely loud, agressive and disrespectful to me. I felt verbally attacked and did not feel at all safe or comfortable talking to him. I needed a translation of my mother's birth certificat and he immediately started pressing me to personally send him the birth certificat over the phone in that moment because he said i need it urgently even though I said the translation was not time sensitive. I told him i was uncomfortable sending personal documents like a birth certificat over the phone directly to him. When I asked him about the process and for an in person appointment at the office he escalated and started yelling at me for minutes straight yelling over me saying he has no idea why I wouldn't just send him my mother's birth certificat that he is the owner and this was his personal business and would not even permit me to talk at all. I wanted to get off the phone but I knew that although not urgently I still needed the translation. I tried to explain but he completely cut me off agressively shouted at me that he was busy and would not give me an appointment that again he is the owner and I needed to just send him my mother birth certificat. I decided this was not safe or acceptable. This awful dehumanizing man has no respect let alone any respect for women do not trust or tolerate or his pressure tactics. Roberto Fonz Diaz he needs anger management and a background check. Use someone else for ur translation needs I had a much better experience elsewhere and in no way should anyone ever be disrespected like that
