Dear Mr. Ferreri, We find your message completely incomprehensible and consider it to be unscrupulous. The company you mentioned has been inactive for approximately 10 years and is currently in liquidation. There is neither any operational business activity nor any growth, so an alleged nomination as “Growth Champion 2026” clearly lacks any factual basis. In light of this, we consider your letter to be unscrupulous and expressly request that you refrain from contacting us with such messages in the future. Please remove our contact information from your mailing lists immediately and refrain from further contact. Sincerely, The Management

Endless spam emails, so it should be considered unreliable

In connection with an alleged nomination, I received several almost identical emails from DISQTrust within a short period of time ("Nomination," "Reminder," "Final Reminder"), even though I am not aware of having given prior consent to such contact. I found the accumulation of these messages to be clearly intrusive. The advertised "award" seemed rather opaque to me, as the message was very general and ultimately amounted to participation in a short survey. The repeated reference to a special selection remained incomprehensible to me in terms of content. Overall, the communication left me with the impression of a highly standardized acquisition and marketing process in which quantity takes precedence over individual contact. In my opinion, a more restrained frequency of contact and clearer information on selection criteria and consent bases would contribute significantly to credibility.

If there were ever to be an award of its own for persistent cold calling without consent, then DISQTrust would clearly be my Business Champion 2025. Three almost identical emails within a few days - "nomination", "reminder", "final reminder" - all in the best newsletter loop, even though I never showed the slightest hint of interest. Impressively consistent. The supposed "award" seems about as exclusive as a flyer on a car window: glossy words, big names, lots of pathos - and at the end it all leads to a "free 2-minute survey" that you are asked to fill out so that the process can be "tailored to me in the best possible way". Of course. Why ask for consent when you can send spam three times in a row instead? Also charming: the repeated emphasis that my company has "attracted attention". Yes - presumably in exactly the same way as thousands of others whose email addresses are on a list somewhere. I have rarely seen a "nomination" that sounds less like recognition and more like address exploitation. In the end, the impression remains of an exceptionally persistent advertising model that shines with big media names, but does one thing above all in everyday life: fill mailboxes without being asked. If this is the new quality feature, then congratulations, DISQTrust - my personal spam champion.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I have once again received marketing messages from DISQ Deutsches Institut für Service-Qualität GmbH & Co. KG claiming that my company has been nominated for an exclusive award. Neither my company nor our customers are aware of this award and the messages appear misleading. In my view, such practices do not meet the expectations of serious corporate communication. I therefore ask you to refrain from such communications and to delete my data. Yours sincerely Julien Kaack Firearms Expertise North

Sending unsolicited emails. In my eyes, this is a spam sender.

Sending unsolicited advertising and not even doing any research. Service champion without knowing my customers :-) Next time I'll go straight to the lawyer.

Purchased fake reviews. Writing to companies they find on the internet with the justification "... has been identified as a company with outstanding customer service. This assessment is based on a detailed analysis of publicly available data..." However, the greeting already contains the wrong name of the company... It could hardly be more spammy... They also claim that DISQ has been active since 2006. If this is the case and they only have 17 ratings on google in 19 years of activity, that says everything about the association...
