Once we got to know Michael Dockter himself as a customer of ours, before we became customers of DD-Konzept and they supported us with the complete reorientation from company logo, business appearance to website design at that time. Mr.Tex would not exist without DD-Konzept. With pleasure we observe the development of Michael, Eddi and the team. As a small association, our website was taken over by DD-Konzept in the course of the takeover of Vapintar. From then on, the contractually agreed services (updating, maintenance, tech. support) were only carried out after repeated requests - and this more badly than good. In the meantime, we have changed providers.
Hello Mrs. Becker, Unfortunately, you have not yet responded to our offer of a meeting. We would have been happy to take this opportunity to explain the technical circumstances to you in more detail, but also to reflect together on the largely successful cooperation over the years (!). We emphatically reject your accusation that you have not followed up on contractually agreed services or have done so only after being asked to do so. On the contrary: If you or your members had questions about the website, we made every effort to find a quick solution. We were also happy to discuss ideas for improvement in the interest of your association with you and your colleague - all inclusive and in a spirit of partnership. A way of working for which our long-standing customers appreciate us. To unilaterally and unreflectedly devalue former service providers in this way via Google rating does not speak for the Association of Study Tour Leaders as we have come to know it.
