I was actually on the phone with an employee. I explained my issue—at least I was in the middle of doing so. It was about billing via the electronic health card. He interrupted me so I couldn’t even get my point across. We’re not responsible, he said, and hung up right away. I spent 35 minutes in the hold queue, only to be rudely cut off after exactly 10 seconds. Our BKK pays him so he can provide answers about where his company got the contract and the award—not to yell at every caller. Terrible behavior. Honestly, he shouldn’t even get a ☆ for that much paid rudeness and arrogance.

I really hate leaving negative reviews, but in this case I honestly don’t see any other option. Complaints and multiple emails have consistently been ignored. Instead, incorrect and sometimes completely unclear invoices are generated, which gives the impression of arbitrariness. What I find especially critical is that these services apparently are also being billed through health insurance. In my view, this approach unnecessarily contributes to making our healthcare system more expensive. This kind of treatment of customers, along with the lack of transparency and communication, is absolutely unacceptable. Even one star is arguably too much. For me, this is a clear no-go.

How can health insurance companies work with such an unprofessional company? No one is available, and they keep charging for unnecessary things. It's crazy!

They are NEVER, absolutely NEVER, available by phone, no matter what time you try to call. Even after waiting 46 minutes, there’s no chance of getting through. Email inquiries are met with a standard response stating that someone will get back to you shortly. I’m still waiting for a reply or a callback, even after 4 weeks. Bills are being reduced, and the only way to communicate is through the portal. Bills are paid long after the due date. Really sad and extremely frustrating

I've been trying to get in touch with DAVASO for weeks. It's been a waste of time. No one answers the phone anyway, and when they do, it's just an automated message. They simply don't respond to emails or faxes.

Unfortunately, I can only agree with the other reviews... They seem to be deliberately playing dumb and cutting corners. Any attempts to work constructively towards a solution are compromised by this supposedly ignorant attitude. I don't need to contact anyone via the portal, I already have... Employee A says you're right, B does the opposite of what was discussed, and C understands A and is surprised that B is once again not doing what would be correct. Then, unfortunately, the only option is to go through the social court, even if it takes time... I've tried three times now, and at some point, enough is enough. If you're reading this, you can see my name... maybe someone will check what my colleague is up to and, above all, what she is implying about the doctor and me.

1- Rarely available by phone. 2- Very often incorrect processing of the invoice due to frequent changes of employees. 3- Very long wait for answers or solutions. 4- Sometimes lack of specialist knowledge about health insurance. 5- Lack of original documents when returning invoices in the event of rejections so that we cannot make any progress with processing. etc.

Unbelievably unfriendly employees, if you ever reach someone on the phone. No answers to emails for weeks and solution-oriented is a foreign word for this company.
