⭐ 1 Star (if it were possible, it would be 0) If I could, I would clearly give this 0 stars—but unfortunately the rating system won’t allow that. If you believe you’re hiring a German developer/contact person but end up with a technically unclear implementation backed by an outsourced, cheap structure, then you’re probably in the right place. My project has been running for 1.5 years, and it was paid in full already. However, to this day it still isn’t properly finished, isn’t stable enough to use, and—based on its current state—doesn’t make technical sense to operate or continue in any serious way. To this day, essential functions are still missing that should have been delivered according to the project scope—and after 1.5 years they still haven’t been implemented properly. Despite high ongoing invoices for maintenance, upkeep, and further development, the project remains full of unresolved issues, technical problems, and unfinished areas. What was especially problematic for me was the lack of technical transparency, unclear responsibility, and the feeling that over a very long time more was promised than was delivered professionally. My urgent advice to any future customer: If you want to work with this company, make sure you’re introduced to the actual development team before the project starts. Get them to show you—and have it confirmed in writing—exactly: • who is actually working on the code • who is technically responsible • who is involved internally and externally • and who you’ll truly be working with in the end Because that’s where the transparency begins—something that should be completely standard for a project of this size. My personal conclusion: A lot of money, a lot of time, a lot of trust—but unfortunately no result that matches the effort, costs, and promises. I’m having the entire process reviewed by a lawyer now.
