Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Cyclotron to anyone. Communication was unprofessional and extremely slow. Queries were only answered with a long delay or not at all. The handling of my request was chaotic, unstructured and with several errors - there can be no question of customer service here. Anyone who values reliability, transparency and good service would be better off looking elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Hands off!!!! Do not order there under any circumstances!!!!!!! Ordered goods, does not work as intended. Returns PITY not possible, mail from Cyclotron: "Our goodwill return conditions have not been met or we are unable to accept returns for other reasons. A goodwill return is generally only possible under the following conditions: The net value of the goods per unit is over €100.00. The goods are unopened / sealed. The purchase was made no more than 14 days ago." What a shitty shop!!!! Never order there!!!!!

I ordered a laptop online at the beginning of January. At first it took two weeks until it was sent, and there was no automatic shipping confirmation either, the company obviously didn't arrive in 21. Then the package never arrived. The shipping service confirmed to me in writing 2 days later that the parcel was lost. Now I have been waiting for a credit note from the company for almost 3 weeks. I can only advise against ordering there, only problems and wasted time. I will now file a claim via PayPal.
