Description

The project is an interactive game in which users throw axes at a target projected on a wall. The unique feature of the project was that the accuracy of the axe hitting the target had to be tracked using a laser range finder (Lidar). A special library was developed to integrate lidar into the project. The goal of the project was to: Create a quality specification. Prototyping of the project. Developing a clean design and animations. Programming and testing of the project. Delivery of the finished project to the client. During the development process, the artist created 18 free avatars available to registered users. In addition, 10 premium avatars were implemented, allowing users to customize their profile. To further customize the profile, elements in the form of frames were added. To make the user stand out from other players as much as possible, 5 animated avatars and frames were created and animated. A mobile app was developed that allowed users to log in to the attraction and save their statistics. Users were also able to get achievements and customize elements such as avatar, frames and various animations. An administration page was created to manage all types of users and monetize the product through subscriptions. For comfortable gameplay, a projector was used to project the entire interface and the objective. Lidar was used to accurately and quickly determine the location of the axe hit. This allowed for high tracking accuracy in real time and easy gameplay. The result is an interactive game platform with accurate tracking of axe hits on the target and various options to customize the user profile.

Mobile application development: a dedicated mobile application was developed to manage user authentication, achievements and customizations. The application was seamlessly integrated into the game, allowing users to conveniently access features and customize their profiles from their mobile devices. The user experience has been optimized to ensure smooth performance on different platforms. Management page functionality: a management page was developed with robust backend functionality to manage user types and monetization through subscriptions. The site enabled efficient user management, subscription tracking, and financial reporting. Security measures were implemented to protect user data and ensure reliable performance. Tracking accuracy and speed: The lidar tracking system was fine-tuned and optimized to achieve accurate and fast tracking of the axe hit. Algorithms were refined, latency was minimized, and extensive testing was performed to ensure accurate tracking in real time. This allowed for a seamless and engaging gameplay experience. User retention and monetization: compelling features, attractive avatars, and intuitive user interfaces were implemented to increase user retention. Premium avatars and customization options were introduced to provide users with additional incentives to monetize their experience.
