My company offers digital educational products. To do this, we needed to develop a complex, customized course system integrated with an online store. We required a comprehensive website that would meet our specific needs. The particular challenge was ensuring that our modular system prioritized fairness for customers while also allowing for sales flexibility. Cordmedia, along with its affiliated Academy, brings a wealth of expertise and specialized knowledge to the table. A particularly decisive factor was our shared value system regarding educational offerings and pricing management. Frank Oschatz has many years of experience, which focused more on implementing projects than on self-promotion. He placed a great deal of trust in us and quickly incorporated and implemented our requests. There was actually nothing we wanted that he couldn’t make happen.

My company offers digital educational products. To do this, we needed to develop a complex course system tailored to our needs that integrates with an online store.
Challenge
We needed a comprehensive website that would meet our specific requirements. The particular challenge was that our modular system had to ensure maximum fairness for customers while also allowing for sales flexibility.
Solution
With its affiliated academy, Cordmedia offers a wealth of expertise and specialized knowledge. A particularly decisive factor was our shared set of values regarding educational offerings and pricing. Frank Oschatz has many years of experience, which has focused more on implementing projects than on self-promotion. He placed a great deal of trust in us and quickly incorporated and implemented our requests. There was really nothing we wanted that he didn’t make possible.
The project approach was characterized by a high degree of interactivity and transparency. We were kept up to date on all developments in a timely manner. Toward the end, we received very close support.
There were two project team members (who are also the company’s owners); we are responsible for the instructional content, marketing, and video production for the e-learning products.
Results
Within just a few weeks, the website was up and running, and it was already very clear which direction it was heading. This opened up the opportunity to take a more visionary approach to the products, so we worked together to dynamically refine the website further.
Deadlines were met, or both parties communicated in a way that made it clear why and how deadlines were being pushed back.
Simply everything. The website possesses a beauty, elegance, and functionality that are second to none. In our view, Cordmedia—with a small team and, above all, thanks to Frank Oschatz’s deeply personal dedication—achieved what seemed like a superhuman feat. What mattered most to us was that we always worked together as equals. Our requests and comments were always taken seriously and implemented, to the point where we sometimes became almost a little overconfident. However, they also realistically clarified where the limits lie and what consequences certain implementations would entail.
Let’s not ask what the service provider can improve, but rather what we as customers can do to ensure there are more service providers like Cordmedia—namely, by showing our appreciation for such providers.
