My CoolMaster died a few days ago and won’t power on. I contacted support and sales, they don’t repair or replace it, they only offered a small discount on a new unit. For a device this expensive, that doesn’t feel like premium service. Keep in mind it may fail after 3 to 10 years, and you’ll likely need to buy a replacement at close to full price.
