I took part in a survey on e-mobility five years ago. After a lot of e-mail correspondence, I have now been paid the promised compensation. Mr. Russell was very keen to put an end to this issue. Would I take part in a survey with this company again? Probably not.

After I was promised a voucher, I took part in a survey. After that, I heard nothing more from this company and they didn't respond to my inquiries. Five years later, I received an e-mail asking if I would like to take part in a survey. Of course, Mr. Russell again did not respond to my inquiry I suspect I am not the only one who has fallen for this business practice.
