We are an agency specializing in UI/UX design and software development with ~90 employees in two locations: Munich (Germany), our Creative Hub, and Osijek (Croatia), our Tech Hub.

Since our foundation in 2012, we have been helping companies develop successful digital products and services. We combine a user-centered design approach with our self-developed UX Identity Method (UXi).

Our client portfolio includes brands such as Vodafone, Bosch, REWE Group, Porsche, BMW Group and over 20 other companies.

We are an international team with a strong focus on brand-driven UX/UI design and app & web development. We craft your UXi (User Experience Identity) Strategy, conduct UX Research from vision research to usability testing, and visualize your ideas with unique approaches and design skills.

Osijek, our tech hub, is Europe’s place to be when it comes to software development. This is why we chose to make it the home of our web and mobile development team and our QA and Automated Testing experts for a smoothly running app or website, or simply a code review.

It is a science-based design strategy to sustainably create a unique UX/UI design that incorporates your brand values and can be adapted to all of your digital touchpoints, from app to web. • You and your team define the priority of the functionalities to be developed. COBE supports and advises in this process.
• We participate in sprint meetings.
• We work in your Figma workspace, if preferred.
• We hold a single source of truth (e.g. in Figma).
• We are willing to compromise. In dialogue we find the best solution together and are not afraid to "kill our darlings".
• We make sure to have as little lead time as possible before development in order to stay agile.
• When creating the final designs, we also base the increments on the capacity of development so that no bottlenecks occur and a fast development is ensured.
