This company keeps sending promotional emails without being asked and without consent. A cease-and-desist letter or a signed undertaking to stop would likely help put an end to it.

Maximum pushy email marketing without ever getting consent. The customer-acquisition strategy should look different, in my opinion.

Email contact without consent. When I asked about the data protection officer and provided proof regarding how my data was stored, I didn’t receive any response. I will report the company further.

… sends unsolicited, unauthorized ads straight to someone’s inbox—because they found them on Xing as an “experienced executive.” Yes, really. If someone can’t even read properly, they probably make a pretty dubious impression in general. Thanks, but no thanks.

Mr. Frank Brügmann keeps sending unsolicited emails one after another. It should be obvious that if you don't reply to the first email, you're not interested. So why keep asking twice? Beware of SPAM!
