Develop Inspire and engage digital natives to apply and connect with adidas for digital. Everything adidas does has sport and creativity at its core. The company’s expertise, experience, values and growth are all deeply and uniquely rooted in this.
HERE TO CREATE shows how sport enables the digital creativity of adidas employees, real adidas ‘Creators’, how they translate the qualities learned from sport into success at work.
To make all of them feel part of the campaign, we created an interactive tool that allowed employees to become brand ambassadors, by placing themselves alongside the other Creators, and, quite literally, adding their voice to the launch of the manifesto.
