Excellent experience at Clostera, where I spent almost two years. I especially appreciated the team’s closeness, kindness, and genuine listening—from the day of my recruitment through to my departure (which was a personal choice). The opportunity to have direct contact with the leadership team, along with the growth and evolution in my role, were real highlights that you don’t necessarily find at firms with a larger size. Not only do I confirm the earlier positive points, but I also encourage any consultants who are interested to join the journey!

I was contacted on 02/15/2022 by a man whose LinkedIn profile lists a position as “Senior IT Recruiter” for Clostera. He was particularly unpleasant on the phone right from the start, but I still decided to schedule an interview for an Incident Manager role the next day at 11:00. I tried to join, but Teams wouldn’t let me in, saying my account wasn’t accessible. All right—technical issues can happen. At 11:02, the man called me back to ask whether I hadn’t forgotten the interview. I told him no, and that I’d join in 2–3 minutes while I resolved my technical problem. He replied “okay” and hung up without saying anything else. At 11:06, I finally managed to access the Teams meeting. He called me again while it was loading to say, “the meeting was at 11:00” (he insisted on the 00), “not 11:06—I’ve got other things to do.” But then why call me in the first place? So I decided to cancel the interview and provide feedback to the business manager, which had also been scheduled. The organization’s LinkedIn page has “resolutely people-focused” as a background slogan, but my personal experience doesn’t allow me to confirm that statement. This doesn’t help improve the image of ESNs, which are known for treating employees and/or contractors with very little consideration. On my side, I’ll be left with a negative impression.

Clostera is a human-sized ESN, with great leaders who are very attentive. Communication is incredibly easy. The projects are interesting and high quality, and they match the profiles and aspirations of the team members. I worked with them for two years and only have positive things to say. By far the best IT services company I’ve worked with—and I’d gladly work with them again!! I highly recommend them.

Clostera is one of the few ESNs that actually lives up to its promises—especially when it comes to how consultants are positioned within the company. The company regularly fosters a sense of belonging through initiatives like after-work events, virtual coffee breaks, an internal social network, and end-of-year gifts. Leadership is very human and extremely approachable; they know how to find assignments that match what consultants say they need, and they support their professional development. The 3 and a half years I’ve spent at Clostera have been both rewarding and genuinely enjoyable. It’s a place where it’s great to work.
