Unreliable company not recommended .appointments repeatedly postponed.

Mr. Lange calls us "unreliable", although we have tried unsuccessfully for over 7 years to arrange a recording date for his video. There has been demonstrably NO postponed appointments on the part of Clipessence. It should be added that he ordered a video from us in 2016 as an AXA agency through AXA. In the meantime, he is no longer with AXA and now wants this AXA-branded video produced, which would not be legal at all. And the statute of limitations of 3 years has also expired. Scurrilous.

The service of the 3-D tour was provided but not in the promised quality as shown by the sample agencies. That the first glance of my customers points to the direct competitor is just one example. My requests for rectification of defects have not been complied with to date. In addition, after the ordering process was tried by using a supposedly better camera to increase the order by 120 euros net. I am very dissatisfied. Would be very happy about a defect removal.

We are very sorry that Mr. Helms is not satisfied. 100% customer satisfaction is the basis of all our productions. Unfortunately, we do not see any possibilities to fulfill Mr. Helms' wishes. Google StreetView aligns the view sections of the panoramic points without external influence. As a rule, this is to the north. Since the competitor of the agency is located north of the agency, unfortunately the view shows the competitor. As an emergency solution, we had already deleted the geolocation of this panorama point some time ago, so that it does not show up in Google Maps. Unfortunately, this is probably not a solution for Mr. Helms either. We advise him to contact Google about this. Regarding the choice of camera, we offer tours based on the Google specifications with a Theta S or for an additional charge with DSLR and HDR. Only Google Standard was agreed with Allianz headquarters in the product, also to keep prices low. Feedback from some agencies showed us that the quality level of the Theta S is probably unsatisfactory for Allianz agencies. Therefore, we proactively offered Mr. Helms DSLR/HDR as well and sent him examples. Since he was not satisfied with this selection, we gave him the tour with DSLR/HDR as a gesture of goodwill at no extra charge. Conclusion. Unfortunately, we cannot understand Mr. Helms' criticism in any way. We delivered more than was ordered at our own expense and can only minimally compensate for Google function restrictions.
