I was really excited to try your clothes, but even though I went into the store and it seemed promising, I never got the chance. The item I wanted was no longer in stock, so the salesperson offered to order it for me and told me I’d be notified a few days later at the latest. I never received that confirmation. Was it because I asked to pay upon delivery instead of in advance? It would have been more appropriate to tell me that in this case it wouldn’t be possible—which wasn’t done. What a shame.

EDIT: After a year of use, I went back for a second pair! I love them—they’re comfortable and lightweight. Can’t wait for another model for marathons. I just bought my first running pair from them, so I can’t really be very relevant yet. What I can say is that after trying them on, I ended up buying them—even though I only meant to try them. My feet basically begged me to get them, and I couldn’t resist. That said, the young man working in their Paris store was extremely polite and friendly. I really enjoyed the welcome. He adapted very easily (because I’m a pretty picky customer), and I liked that a lot. I highly recommend them!!
