I just got back from getting a manicure with Geraldine. I thought she was lovely, and her work was impeccable. All the supplies are sterilized, and they open them right in front of you and pay attention to every last detail. You've gained a regular customer.

They did a bad job on my nails, and I complained on the first day. They told me they’d fix them, gave me an appointment, and I had to cancel it because my car’s brakes failed. From that moment on, they never contacted me again. After complaining a lot, they told me my one-week warranty had expired. If it expired, it’s because they wouldn’t respond to me. That way, you have no grounds for a complaint. That’s a scam. As you can see in the photos, they also do shoddy work for which they take no responsibility.

This was my second visit to this salon, and this time I was very pleased with the results. The service was thorough, attentive, and high-quality. I’d especially like to highlight Olga, because she pays close attention to detail. My nails turned out beautiful and were done well. I highly recommend her. Just a heads-up: you have to book an appointment with her well in advance. My first experience wasn’t the best (with another technician), but I decided to give them another chance, and it was worth it🙃

I can't recommend Olga and Anna enough! 💖 Every time I go, it's clear how much they care about me and about making sure my eyelashes look perfect. They're always super attentive and kind to all their clients. They use the highest-quality products, the atmosphere is super pleasant, and they always welcome you with something to drink—oh, and the salon is gorgeous! Their care and professionalism make every visit an incredible experience! 😍
